Org babel async blacklist: add LaTeX 
LaTeX seems to cause a strange error with async and xkcd.
I don't understand what's happening, but this fixes it.

Org: babel doesn't need to be told to use python3 
Since doom sets the python command to `python-shell-interpreter' anyway.

May want to re-add the anaconda-mode bit in the future though.

Org export: Apply acronym formatting to headlines 
Well, just html/latex headlines, but that's enough for me.
The markdown pass-through was also fixed (needed to return the
unmodified string, not nil).

inbuilt org-msg-export-in-progress, so why not just use that instead.
