The tramp macro `with-parsed-tramp-file-name' invokes a bunch of
tramp functions. These are now declared and tramp is explicitly
required.

Remove the `(ignore v)'. This creates a byte-compiler warning for
supposedly unused `v', but allows remote execution.
* ob-comint.el: (tramp-flush-directory-property declaration): The
file is now "tramp-cache".

Remove unused let binding for `v' (which is let bound by

* lisp/ob-comint.el (org-babel-comint-in-buffer): don’t add to
comint-input-ring
Previously, babel code would be added to the comint input ring of a
babel session, making interactive use of the session difficult: one
had to page through the babel generated commands when browsing the
comint history with M-p/M-n. The session repl’s history should just
contain commands the user has specifically entered in the repl buffer,
and not those which are fed in from org mode. So, we bind
‘comint-input-filter’ to a function that always returns nil in the
‘org-babel-comint-in-buffer’ macro, to avoid any additions to the
input ring while executing code from babel.
* lisp/ob-comint.el (org-babel-comint-with-output,
org-babel-comint-in-buffer): clean up code.
This patch replaces some deeply nested ca/dr calls with ‘nth’, and
replaces a setq/unwind-protect/setq incantation with a simple let
binding. Finally, it also restructures ’org-babel-comint-in-buffer’
to not needlessly save/restore match and excursion data if the buffer
process is not live, and to use with-current-buffer instead of
save-excursion+set-buffer

Also remove blank lines before the ";;; org*el ends here" declarations.
Having a "Version" header forced us to update every file when releasing a
new version of Org; it also forced us to update every file when merging Org
with Emacs trunk, thus cluttering the diffs between the previously merged
version and the new one with useless information.

Hi,
When evaluating shell code blocks in org-babel, the execution seems to hang
indefinitely. The following patch is trying to fix this problem by modifying
the way shell code is send to comint and the way the end-of-evaluation
indicator is looking for.
As I am far from an emacs lisp expert and as the patch modifies the widely use
org-babel-comint-with-output function, it certainly needs some testing. I've
made some tests with shell and R code blocks, but I'm not sure it's enough.

Fix sh block execution in a session

until previous line execution is finished
* lisp/ob-comint.el (org-babel-comint-with-output) : when looking for
end-of-evaluation indicator, search forward for the indicator before searching
forward for the prompt
